Applied Technology Institute (ATI)
ATI offers a wide variety of technical courses and seminars, including a 4-day Attitude Determination and Control course
and 1 day of the 5-day Spacecraft Systems Engineering course. Follow the links below for a detailed synopsis and schedule.
Attitude Determination & Control course (ATI)
This is a 5-day course on spacecraft attitude determination and control. Topics include sensors, actuators, kinematics, dynamics, environmental disturbances, review of control system fundamentals, pointing error metrics (accuracy, displacement, jitter, and stability), flexible structures, anti-windup control, verification and testing, attitude determination, and attitude sensor calibration.
Space Systems – Intermediate Design course (ATI)
This is one day of a 5-day systems engineering course. The full course covers all subsystem areas and is taught by experts in those respective disciplines.
Anti-Windup Control (free seminar)
Anti-windup control refers to any of several methods to prevent windup of integrators in a control system when the actuators saturate. Click on the link above for further information about this seminar.
